Lena Sokolov has been working with young children for over 10 years. Her journey began when her first son was born, and she quickly discovered that the magic of learning truly comes alive during the toddler years. With a natural ability to tune into the unique personality of each child, Lena creates classes that are warm, engaging, and developmentally thoughtful.
We are thrilled to bring her energy, creativity, and love of learning to the Little Playdate community—where she will be teaching a wide variety of classes for toddlers ages 1–5, including art, STEM, music, dance, singing, yoga, storytelling, and theater.
Lena holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northwestern. Her background includes years of teaching in various settings, leading playful and enriching classes where children build skills, gain knowledge, and grow in confidence and joy.
Whether she’s guiding little ones through a stretching exercise, a painting project, a joyful dance, or a hands-on science activity, her enthusiasm and care are always front and center. She loves to sing, be playful, and encourage toddlers to express themselves fully and freely.
Her favorite part of teaching is watching a child’s eyes light up when they try something new or find their rhythm in a song or story. She can’t wait to meet you and your little ones in class!
